By accessing the fb888 website at fb888.one, creating a player account, making a deposit in Pakistani Rupees, or using any service provided through the fb888 platform, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

Each Player is permitted to register only one account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fb888 will close all accounts belonging to the same individual with the exception of the first registered account, and may withhold any bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts.

All deposits to fb888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for PKR deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Meezan Bank transfer, HBL transfer, SadaPay, and Raast. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method.

• JazzCash: Minimum deposit 200 PKR. Processing is typically instant during normal operating hours.

Withdrawal requests from fb888 accounts are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawal amounts are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically feasible.

Players requesting withdrawals during a promotional period should be aware that certain active bonuses may restrict the withdrawal of real-money funds until bonus wagering requirements are satisfied. The status of any active bonus and its impact on withdrawal eligibility is visible in the Player's account dashboard at all times.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, fb888 may withhold all or part of any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the withheld balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed and closure was initiated in error, the Player's balance will be returned in full within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting fb888's support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real-money PKR balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Accounts placed under a self-exclusion agreement are not available for closure and withdrawal during the self-exclusion period. The self-exclusion period must complete before the account can be accessed or closed.

fb888 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, fb888 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb888 shall not be liable for any loss — including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, loss of winnings, or consequential loss — arising from:

• Planned or unplanned platform maintenance periods, server downtime, or technical interruptions to service.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Meezan Bank, HBL, SadaPay, or Raast.
• Loss or compromise of a Player's account credentials due to the Player's own failure to maintain password security.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any circumstances beyond fb888's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural events, or government-imposed restrictions affecting access to the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions operates to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

fb888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect a Player's rights or obligations under the agreement — fb888 will notify registered players via the email address held on their account prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
